The first thing I can say about working with Ula is “why didn’t I start sooner”? Ula is knowledgeable, fully prepared for each session and encourages me to push past what I think I’m able to do. She teaches about all aspects of being healthy, nutrition and movement.
Ula also adds a personal touch to the sessions by learning about your specific needs and limitations. Since working with her, I have noticed positive changes in my mind and body.
