Eating healthy (-ier) shouldn't feel challenging or be boring. However, for many women, it feels very overwhelming. Celebrities, magazines, fitness "gurus" are bombarding you with some crazy fitness and nutrition pieces of advice. No wonder you feel stressed instead of having a sense of accomplishment. My goal for you is to learn that nutrition can be stress-free and sustainable for life. I want to help you live a healthy lifestyle while still eating the food you enjoy.

This coaching is for women who are ready to invest mentally and financially in themselves and are ready to make lifelong changes once and for all. If you are exhausted by regular diets and fitness routines, this coaching is for you. This type of coaching usually costs a couple of thousands of dollars. I'm not charging near that amount. However, please consider the fact, I charge more than a couple of hundred dollars. The exact amount and length will be determined during our discovery call where we will chat more about your goals and see if we are the right fit to work together.

This program is not for you if you are looking for:

  • quick fixes,
  • another diet,
  • meal plans,
  • you are aspiring to be a fitness competitor,
  • you are not willing to make some changes and improve your life.
